I want muscle and I want to be lean and I haven’t bulked up from lifting heavy I have gotten leaner. I do not want to have a six pack or a body builder body, but I am realistic about how muscle will appear if I work out the way I want and Muscle is what I will grow to love as my ass looks better! I love the picture that shows how 5 lbs of muscles takes up much less mass than 5 pounds of fat. So I am trying to replace my fat with muscle even if I remain the same weight. Because having less body fat is the goal and living a healthy lifestyle is the mindset.
